Wynette Olufson,54, Fargo, ND formerly of Valley City, died Wednesday, June 17, 2026 at the Meadows on University in Fargo. A graveside service will be held in Spring Creek Cemetery, Hastings, ND on July 11 at 2:00 PM. An online guestbook is available at www.lerudmathias.com. Wynette Lavonne Olufson was born to Gordon and Florence (Fossen) Olufson in Valley City, ND on November  9, 1971.  She grew up attending school in Valley City.  After graduating, she moved to Fargo, ND where she worked in food service.

She is survived by her fiancé, Roger Johnson and their dog, Harley; her sisters, Deb (Ron) King and Lavonne Pasiuk; nephews, Cody (McKinzie) Sivertson and Ryan Olufson; niece, Sara (Raymond) Ternes; as well as extended family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and brothers, Scott and Burnell Olufson.
