Timothy Lettenmaier, 44, Sanborn, ND passed away July 10, 2023, at his residence in Sanborn.

Timothy Lee Lettenmaier was born April 11th, 1979, in Valley City, ND to Duane and Patricia (Brandenberg) Lettenmaier.  He grew up in the Sanborn area and graduated from North Central in 1997. Tim farmed alongside his dad and brother on the family farm. On February 1, 2006, Tim married Stacy Hare.

Tim enjoyed farming with his father and brother, hunting with family and friends, and watching the Minnesota Vikings.

He is survived by his son, Parker; mother, Patricia Komrosky; sisters, Kari (Jeff) Braaflat and Lindi (fiancé Rory Hendrickson) Lettenmaier, both Fargo, ND; brother, Doug (Jenny) Lettenmaier, Litchville ND; stepmother, Loretta Lettenmaier, Spirit Lake, IA; nieces and nephews, Kaden, Halle, and Brynn Braaflat, Brady, Georgia and Henry Lettenmaier; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Tim was preceded in death by his father, Duane; brother, Steven; grandparents, Leonard and Doris Brandenberg and Calvin and Ilah Mae Lettenmaier; uncles, Ted Lettenmaier and Jerome Lettenmaier; and cousin, Christina Guerra.

A private family service will be held, and burial will take place at Sacred Heart Cemetery, Sanborn.  An informal visitation with the family will be held Monday afternoon at Doug and Jenny Lettenmaier's farm.

Those who would like to honor Tim with a memorial contribution are asked to contribute to a charity of their choice.
