Ryan Engle, age 37, of Rogers, ND, died Monday, October 2 ^nd at his residence in Rogers. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM Monday, October 9 ^th at Bethel Lutheran Church in Rogers. Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 8 ^th from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM at the Lerud Mathias Funeral Home Chapel in Valley City and one hour before the service at the church on Monday afternoon. Interment will be in the Dazey City Cemetery, Dazey, ND.

Ryan Engle was born June 20, 1980 in Valley City, North Dakota, the son of Douglas and Mary (Batchelder) Engle. He graduated from North Central High School in 1999. Following his graduation, he worked with his father as an Electrician at Engle's Electric. Ryan was a member of Bethel Lutheran Church in Rogers, ND. Ryan was an incredibly kind soul who will be deeply missed by all those who knew him. He was the kind of person that everyone was proud to call son, grandson, family, or friend. Ryan liked to watch sports and was a Florida Gators fan.

Surviving are his parents Douglas and Mary Engle, brothers Robert and Joshua Engle all of Rogers, ND. He is survived by 2 nephews, Blake and Grant Engle, and a niece, Claire Engle. Two great-aunts, several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Dale and Edith Engle of Rogers, ND., and Gerard and Doris Batchelder of Orange Park Florida.
