Ollie June Lindberg was born on March 3, 1928 to Carl and Hilda Lindberg in Jamestown, ND. She died December 7, 2018 in the Sheyenne Care Center, Valley City, ND, holding her daughter's hand.
On August 21, 1949, she married the love of her life, William (Bill) Spotts. Together they raised 2 children, Steve (Joy) and Debb. She is survived by 5 grandchildren: Chad (Brook); William (Leah), David (fiancée Emily), Britt (Darren), and Annie (Nate); and 13 great grandchildren: Lexie, Madison, Alvin, Emmery, Lainey, Shelby, William, Ava, Zachary, Andrew, Connor, Britlyn, Zach; and great great granddaughter Reagan.
Ollie had a wonderful life filled with much travel, introducing her family to skiing, playing bridge, working at the public library in Bismarck, spending winters in Lake Havasu, AZ, and summers on Lake Melissa, MN. Her most treasured activity was dancing with Bill.
Ollie has been reunited with those who have gone before her including her loving husband, her parents, her 4 brothers; Cliff, Doug, Don and Herb, and many other cherished family and friends.
There will be a private burial at the Veterans cemetery the end of June.
