Judy Horne, 80, passed away September 17, 2026 at her daughter’s home in Thompson, ND while under the care of hospice. Her funeral service will be 11:00 AM, Monday, September 28, 2026, at Trinity Lutheran Church, Valley City, ND with an hour of visitation prior to the service. Burial with military honors will be in the Oriska (ND) Cemetery.
