JoAnn Dahl went to be with her Lord and Savior on February 17, 2019, just four days before her 84th birthday, at Eventide in Fargo, ND. She was surrounded by family.

Visitation will be held at Our Saviors Lutheran Church in Valley City, ND, on Saturday, February 23, 2019 at 11:00. Funeral services will follow at 1:00.

JoAnn Olson was born February 21, 1935, in Valley City, ND. She met the love of her life, John (Jack) Dahl, in school, and together, they had five children, whom they raised in Valley City. JoAnn was a strong woman and a hard worker.

JoAnn is survived by her husband of many years, John; her five children, ReNae Cooper (Mike), Roxanne Betsinger (Randy), Rochelle Loven (Kent), Rory Dahl (Kim), and Robyn Pytlik (Mick); her thirteen grandchildren, Jennifer Betsinger, Erin Cooper Cavallo (Keith), Tricia Lassegard (Ken), John Betsinger (Heather), Josh Loven (Kendyl), Roberta Pytlik (Tim), Ross Cooper, Melissa Pytlik Monson (Andrew), Michaela Pytlik, Andrew Loven, John Dahl, Madeline Loven, and Matthew Dahl; and twelve great-grandchildren.

JoAnn is preceded in death by her parents and her brother Jimmy.

She was loved tremendously and will be missed.
