Gloria Schuldheisz, age 66, of Spiritwood, ND, died Thursday, November 26th at her residence near Spiritwood. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, December 2nd at the Lerud Schuldt Funeral Home in Valley City. Visitation will be held on Tuesday from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM and one hour before the service at the funeral home chapel on Wednesday afternoon. Interment will be in the Spiritwood Cemetery, Spiritwood, ND.

Gloria Ann Knudtson, the daughter of Lester and Adeline (Hayes) Knudtson, was born March 16, 1949 in Valley City, ND. Gloria attended grade school in Urbana and attended Valley City College High School. In 1967 she married James Kraft. On October 14, 1972 she married Darrell "Swede" Schuldheisz. Gloria has lived on the family farm near Spiritwood and worked at various jobs in the Spiritwood area. Gloria enjoyed gardening, fishing, hunting and spending time with her family and friends.

Gloria is survived by two sons, Steve Kraft, Fairmount, ND and David Schuldheisz, Spiritwood, ND; two step-sons, Jeff Schuldheisz and Steve Schuldheisz, both Sacramento, CA; one brother, Leslie (Patt) Knudtson, Wadena, MN; 10 grandchildren, Bailey Kraft, Courtney Schuldheisz, Amanda Schuldheisz, Ashley Schuldheisz, Devin Schuldheisz, Taylor Schuldheisz, Nikki Schuldheisz, Holly Schuldheisz, Mandi Schuldheisz and Zac Schuldheisz.

Gloria was preceded in death by her parents and her husband Darrell.
