Betty Andersen, age 94, of Valley City, ND, formerly of Buffalo, ND, died Saturday, December 31 ^st at the Sheyenne Care Center in Valley City. A family memorial service will be conducted at a later date. Inurnment will be in the Buffalo Cemetery, Buffalo, ND.

Betty Lutes, the daughter of Harry and Faye (Rovie) Lutes, was born November 20, 1922 at Cumberland, WI. She moved to Mapleton, ND with her family where she graduated from Mapleton High School in 1940. She married Wesley Anderson on June 5, 1948. The couple farmed in Hill Township until retiring and moving into the city of Buffalo in 1983.

Betty is survived by a daughter Faye (Clif) Odermann, Valley City, ND and a son, Keith Andersen, Buffalo, ND; four grandchildren, Arlen Odermann, Fargo, ND, Andrea (JJ) Browning, Bradenton, FL, Ross Odermann, Valley City, ND and Amanda (Justin) Royer, Eden Prairie, MN; four great-grandchildren.

Betty was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Wesley and a sister Maryjane.
